Bourbon Vanilla Gelato

Experience the taste of real Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar.

We steep real vanilla beans in our mix to preserve all the complexities and nuances of vanilla that you just cannot obtain from using an alcohol extract. Without alcohol to adulterate flavours, the pristine taste of bourbon vanilla gets to shine in our gelato.




Both the vanilla beans and double-fold vanilla extract (non-alcoholic) used in our gelato are from Madagascar, and are certified organic and fair-trade. Our gelato is made from a creamy blend of cashew and brazil nuts and is absolutely lush and decadent.

Tip: Our vanilla gelato is equally great by itself, or enjoyed in a chaffogato (affogato with a shot of matcha instead of espresso)
