We make our gelato base from raw cashews, brazil nuts and oats. Our nuts and oats are ground into a paste, and mixed with sugar, salt, and other ingredients which are listed on the individual product pages. The base is given time to age so flavours fully develop. Then we slow-churn the mix in a batch freezer to produce a dense creamy gelato.
“Patipatti” is a word in Pali language which means “to put into practice.” We hope to practice mindfulness and compassion in our daily lives. May all beings be happy!
