Homemade Yuzu Tea


Yuzu tea can be used to make a cold or warm drink, and even enjoyed as a marmalade spread over toast. We particularly love it with sparkling water in the summer!

Yuzu is a highly aromatic citrus fruit traditionally cultivated in East Asia. Its flavour profile is truly unique and of great gastronomic value. It contains 3 times more vitamin C than lemon and is rich with antioxidants.

Our homemade yuzu tea consists of only 2 ingredients – 50% fresh yuzu fruit, 50% organic sugar. No artificial flavourings, additives or syrups. The yuzu fruit we use are grown without wax in a Global Gap certified orchard here in the EU. They are handpicked at their ripest, then delivered to us at their freshest. We process all the fruit by hand, removing the numerous seeds and macerating the fruit with organic cane sugar. Finally, the marmalade is gently pasteurised and preserved for us to enjoy anytime!
