Sweet and savoury is a classic flavour profile that people can’t seem to get enough of. We caramelise organic cane sugar into a thick sauce for our “sweet” and blend in white miso for a “savoury” kick. Although we choose to use miso primarily for its rich umami flavour – an added bonus is that miso also happens to be a fermented health food full of gut-friendly probiotics.
The miso used in our vegan gelato is certified organic, and of course non-GMO. Our gelato is made from a creamy blend of cashew and brazil nuts and is absolutely lush and decadent.
