Organic Matcha Hana 花 is a matcha we recommend for use in lattes, smoothies, shakes and mixed drinks.

Note: We would like to bring your attention to the current severe shortage situation in the matcha market. Due to changing climate conditions, this year’s harvest in Japan has been particularly challenging, while global demand has risen sharply. This has resulted in great competition for the extremely limited raw material and therefore, significantly higher prices. 

Unfortunately, organic Matcha KEN, usually used for premium lattes, will only be available in conventional (non-organic) quality this year. As a temporary measure, we have introduced organic matcha HANA to satisfy the needs of customers who still want a good yet affordable matcha in organic quality. Please note that the taste profile is a grade below Ken.
