Matcha Jun 淳 is the new highest grade of matcha we offer for a luxurious drinking experience. It is an organic matcha that presents a strong umami, along with nutty and chocolatey notes and creamy taste. There is only mild bitterness and almost no astringency. If you have previously enjoyed our matcha Sei, please know that Jun is an even more refined version of it.
