Made by a studio in Jingdezhen, the historic pottery capital of China.

The gaiwan (盖碗) is very versatile and can be used for gong fu brewing or as a tea cup. It is especially suitable for delicate green teas and white teas. Gong fu brewing uses a large amount of leaves to a small volume of water, combined with short steeping times. This style of brewing is the best way to obtain a delicious and intense flavour from quality tea leaves.
