Nodate (野点 / outdoor) chawan is usually used for outdoor ceremonies, and are smaller and lighter than a regular sized chawan. You can use this casual nodate chawan as a mini matcha bowl, or for lattes, soup, rice, cereal, snacks, etc. It’s a very comfortable size and shape to hold in one hand.
This bowl will fit into our small pouch, along with a mini nodate chasen.
