Strawberry M’scarpone Gelato Mini


A creamy “mascarpone” style base with macerated strawberries mixed-in. The gentle yogurt-like tartness of this gelato is refreshing and proves a favourite with kids and grown-ups alike.

Mascarpone is a soft Italian cream cheese traditionally made with lemon juice and cream. Our vegan m’scarpone base is created in a similar way by curdling our nut base with fresh lemon juice.

The result is a creamy full-bodied gelato with a pleasant twang. When layered with chunks of macerated strawberries, it’s a well-balanced strawberries & cream experience – fruit-forward with the bright flavour of strawberries, but without steering too much into sorbet territory. We use local strawberries from Czech organic farmers whenever the growing season allows.
