Description

Calamansi is a lime originating in the Philippines and commonly used throughout south-east asian cuisine. Known for its highly aromatic scent, and delicious bright orange juice that is somewhat a cross between a lime and mandarin. Tart but with an underlying hint of sweetness.

Our gelato is made from a creamy blend of cashew and brazil nuts and is absolutely lush and decadent.

Please note that this flavour is not certified organic. However, besides the specialty calamansi puree and graham biscuits, all other ingredients are certified organic quality.
