It's time for the annual bonsai festival at the beautiful botanical gardens!

Come by this weekend (11/6 - 12/6) where our range of Asian inspired gelato will be on rotation - miso caramel, matcha, hojicha, black sesame and more!

Apart from the magnificent bonsai specimens, there will also be some highly interesting craft workshops and performances like bonsai shaping, ikebana flower arrangement, martial arts, traditional dance and music.

V Koreji je tradicí připravovat yuzu během podzimní sezóny sklizně, aby později sloužilo po celou zimu jako lahodné a zklidňující tonikum. Samozřejmě umí i příjemně osvěžit, pokud se připraví se studenou vodou nebo sodou. Doufáme, že i vy si tento tradiční nápoj oblíbíte. Chuť yuzu je opravdu pozoruhodná a jedinečná! ❤️🍀

Máme pro vás překvapení! 🙂 Naši sezónní novinku v limitované edici - Yuzu čaj , též známý jako yuja-cha (KR) nebo yuzu-cha (JP).

❓Věděli jste, že yuzu je druh citrusu? Ve východní Asii (a dnes již i ve světě) je vysoce ceněn pro svou komplexní chuť, aroma a nutriční vlastnosti. 😍 Obsahuje 3x více vitamínu C než citron! U yuzu čaje konzumujete celé ovoce včetně kůry, která obsahuje nejvíce vitamínů.

Náš yuzu čaj/nápoj vyrábíme ručně z čerstvého yuzu, které bylo vypěstováno v EU bez použití pesticidů a voskování. Používáme vysoký podíl ovoce, macerovaného pouze v bio třtinovém cukru. Žádné fruktózové sirupy, zahušťovadla, umělá dochucovadla ani konzervanty. 👏

A co je důležitější, vyrábíme jej tradičním korejským způsobem bez jakékoliv tepelné úpravy, v RAW kvalitě. Výsledkem je velice svěží a výrazná chuť yuzu v celé své komplexitě – jasná, aromatická, sladkokyselá, s příjemnou jemnou hořkostí. ❤️🍀
