Delivery of regular items (not requiring temperature control)

 

Items will be sent within 1 – 3 working days to the address specified in the order form section [billing address], or [delivery address] if provided. If the item is not in stock and we are unable to send it within 3 working days, we will inform you by e-mail and offer you either the option to cancel with a refund, or sending only part of your order.

 

Order Deadline:         Every working day at 12:00 CET

 

Please note that the delivery date depends on the time of receipt of the order. Orders received after the daily order deadline (after 12:00 CET) will not be processed until the next working day.

Delivery of frozen and refrigerated goods

 

The items will be delivered to you as part of our regular delivery schedule, which we carry out every 2 to 3 weeks in the summer season. If the items are not in stock and we cannot deliver them to you, we will try to contact you as soon as possible after receiving your order and we will offer you either cancellation of the order with full refund, or partial delivery of the order.

 

If you find any issues with the frozen shipment, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We are not liable for any damage to the goods due to the customer’s inability to receive the shipment for any reason. If no one is present at the delivery address to accept the order, you will be charged a processing fee of 25% of the order value. You can then either request a refund of the order total (less processing fee) or request a re-delivery of the order during the next delivery date (in about 2 to 3 weeks). Redelivery of your order will be included on the next delivery date, only after the processing fee for non-receipt has been credited to our account.

It is important that you are present at the delivery address at the agreed time interval for receiving the shipment due to the frozen nature of the items. Frozen food will be packed only in ordinary cardboard boxes without additional thermoregulatory elements.
